Thrive Summit
Thrive Summit is the premier conference on employee wellbeing and engagement that Virgin Pulse holds annually. My team has provided a wide range of creative development and visual production for every Summit since 2016. A brief list of responsibilities include brand design and buildout, video production, event app planning, web design and development, on-site implementation, contractor management, and unique creative solutions.
Although Thrive was a Virgin Pulse demand generation event, we developed it as a packaged product with its own brand and offering. It was delivered as a unique experience, a gift to clients and prospects.
The first three Thrive Summits my team supported took place in New Orleans, Miami, and Scottsdale. We also created experiences for smaller international events in London and Frankfurt. Visual inspiration for the in-person events was taken from each location, providing a unique experience that married the event to the hosting location.
The last two Thrives were held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These “mini” events were rebranded as THRIVEx and focused on furthering Virgin Pulse’s initiative to help organizations guide their populations through the “new normal.”
